What data do you collect?
Our Company collects following personal identification information: Name and Surname, email address, billing and delivery address, telephone number, and nickname by which customer is publicly identified if posting comments or product reviews. Beside personal data, we collect traffic information about IP addresses from which server was accessed, used browsers, and information about viewed articles or products on this page.
How do you collect my data?
We collect personal identification information during a process of voluntary registration and registered customers profile updates on this page.Personal identification information needed for order fulfilment, it’s delivery and billing will also be collected from unregistered customers. Information about IP addresses, browsers, viewed articles and products are collected during browsing this page.
How do you use this data?

Our Company collects your data so that we can:

 

  • Process your order and manage your account.
  • Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.

 

We us location data to detect fraudulent behaviour and block attempts of unlawful access to your account. Browser type is used to block robots from accessing the site and posting unwanted content, and collect and process data you posted in a way other then intended. Page access data is used to determine popularity and successfulness of various articles or products.Companies that fulfil your order and deliver your products or services will receive only minimal data required. Unless you did not specifically asked differently, that is only the delivery address.

How do you store my data?
Our Company securely stores your data at GDPR compliant data center in Nuremberg, Germany. Data transfers between your computer and our data center are encrypted. Unencrypted data transfers are disabled on server side using HSTS, and unprotected data tranfers are impossible to establish. Same applies for data transfers between our data center and our contracted vendors you buy from.We keep your personal identification information for the duration of your account activity. After you close your account, all your personal identification is immediately deleted. raffic data is kept for the maximum duration of 31 days, regardless of your account activity status. Data included in your orders and invoices are kept for the duration defined by relevant laws, and are deleted after their expiration. Personal identification information from unregistered users are not kept, unles included in orders and invoices.
Do you use my data for advertizing?
Our Company would like to send you information about products and services offered by our vendors that we think you might like.In accordance with our code of conduct, our Company will never share your data to be used for maketing purposes by third parties, not even with our registered vendors.At any time you have the right to stop Our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes using the link in the communication or within your account options.
